Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Auckland

Arrive Auckland Airport and transfer to your city center hotel in Auckland. Check-in and rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 02: Auckland: City Tour + Given Excursion

After breakfast, explore Auckland City Tour, with Sky Tower with Sky Walk  (ticket included).

Day 03: Auckland – Waitomo Caves - Rotorua 

After breakfast, continue your journey from Auckland to Rotorua and explore Waitomo Glow Worm Caves on your way. Later arrival to Rotorua by the evening, check-in at your hotel.

Day 04: Rotorua: Te Puia Thermal Valley, Agrodome Sheep And Farm Show

After breakfast, explore Te Puia and its Thermal Valley of roaring geysers, steaming rivers and boiling mud pools and to the famous Agrodome Sheep Show. Admission is included.

Day 05: Rotorua – Christchurch (FLIGHTS INCLUDED)

After breakfast, transfer to Rotorua Airport and fly for Christchurch. Arrive Christchurch and check-in to your hotel.

Day 06: Christchurch: Half Day Christchurch City Tour + International Antarctic Centre

After breakfast, enjoy Christchurch city sightseeing guided tour. Explore Hagley Park, the Avon River and Botanic Gardens, Mona Vale garden and  iconic heritage buildings of Christchurch. Also visit New Regent Street with its unique Spanish architecture, and the Re:Start mall, a unique shopping and entertainment mall with retail space consisting of temporary buildings made from shipping containers.

Day 07: Christchurch - Greymouth - Franz Joseph Glacier: Tranzalpine Scenic Train

After breakfast, we will continue our journey from Christchurch to the Greymouth via Arthur’s Pass and the West Coast. Join the TranzAlpine scenic train at Christchurch for a spectacular journey through gorges, river valleys and farmland plains before reaching Greymouth. From there you will be transferred to Franz Josef Glacier by coach. Check-in to your hotel/resort by the evening time.

Day 08: Franz Joseph Glacier

After breakfast, you can explore many Glacier activities in Franz Josef, like Heli Hike & Snow Landing, Glacier Hot Pools or Kayaking Glacier experience.

Day 09: Franz Josef  - Queenstown

After breakfast, depart this morning through the South Westland Heritage Park and across the rugged Haast Pass and Lake Wanaka. This afternoon’s travel is through Scenic views of the Kawarau Gorge to reach Queenstown.

Day 10: Queenstown: Milford Sound Cruise & Coach Tour

An early start following the shores of Lake Wakatipu, and through Te Anau where you will be enthralled by the immense landscape. Travel through beech forest, passing majestic mountains, on through the Homer Tunnel in time to board your catamaran for the Milford Sound cruise. Cruise past Mitre Peak, the highest mountain in the world to rise vertically from the sea, and admire the Stirling and Bowen Waterfalls as you cruise out to sea.

Day 11: Queenstown: Optional Activities (CHECK RATES BELOW)

Today after breakfast, enjoy many adventure activities in Queenstown, like Bungy Jumping, Bungy Swing, Shotover Jet Boating, Skydiving, Paragliding, Skyline Gondola with Luge Rides and more. Check rates for each optional activity below this itinerary.

Day 12: Queenstown - Departure
