Private Tour of Paris
When making the reservation you can choose between a tour of
3 or 6 hours. At the same time, once in Paris, you can tell the guide what type
of tour you want to make. These are the different variations of this walking
tour:
3-Hour Tour
Option 1: Palais Garnier, Île de la Cité, and surroundings
Starting from the famous Garnier Opera House, the guided walking
tour of Paris continues through Place Vendôme square in the direction of the
Tuileries Garden and the Louvre Pyramid. Continuing along the banks of the
Seine, we will cross the medieval Pont Neuf towards the Île de la Cité, finally
concluding the tour in front of the iconic Cathedral of Notre-Dame.
Option 2: Eiffel Tower and surroundings
Starting at the foot of the mythical and unmistakable Eiffel
Tower in Paris, we will take a walk to the magnificent La Madeleine Church and
Place de la Concorde, the largest square in the French capital. Our private
walking tour through Paris continues at the ornate Pont Alexandre III bridge
and the National Residence of the Invalids.
Option 3: Montmartre neighborhood
On this private walking tour of Paris, we will visit
Montmartre, the most bohemian district of the French capital. The tour will
begin in front of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, then continue through the
Jardin Sauvage. We will also pass in front of the famous Lapin Agile cabaret
theatre and the famous Moulin de la Galette windmill. The tour then continues
past the House of Van Gogh, ending in front of the famous Moulin Rouge.
6-Hour Tour
Option 1: Palais Garnier, Île de la Cité, Torre Eiffel, and
surroundings
This tour merges the itineraries of options 1 and 2 of the
three-hour tour into a 6-hour tour. There will be a pause between both tours to
rest.
Option 2: Tour of central Paris + Montmartre
This tour is divided into two parts. The first one will
follow the same itinerary as option 1 or 2 of the 3-hour tour. You can choose
the option that you prefer! In the second part, you will also do the Montmartre
tour, option 3 of the 3-hour tour,
Important information: if you book any of the two options of
this 6-hour tour to depart at 4 pm, it is possible that some of the monuments
will be closed at that time. Such is the case, for example, with the Tuileries
Gardens.
Hotel pick up
The guide can pick you up
at your hotel in Paris, as long as it is centrally located. You can also meet
the guide at any other place you prefer (we recommend metro station Cité on
line 4). Keep in mind that if you start at the hotel the time of the visit will
be reduced.
