DAY-1:
ARRIVE BARCELONA AIRPORT, TRANSFER TO HOTEL
Arrive Barcelona airport, and transfer to your hotel
on Pvt. Basis. Check-in to your hotel in Barcelona.
Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s
Catalonia region, is known for its art and architecture. The fantastical
Sagrada Família church and other modernist landmarks designed by Antoni Gaudí
dot the city. Museu Picasso and Fundació Joan Miró feature modern art by their
namesakes. City history museum MUHBA, includes several Roman archaeological
sites.

DAY-2:
BARCELONA: FULL DAY BARCELONA CITY SIGHTSEEING TOUR
VISIT
TO SAGRADA FAMILIA, WITH TOWER ENTRY
After breakfast, explore Barcelona city sightseeing
tour. Marvel at the intriguing works by Antoni Gaudí, admire the Medieval
architecture in the Gothic Quarter and soak up the sun along the beautiful
Mediterranean coast. Later visit The Basílica de la Sagrada Família, also known
as the Sagrada Família, is a large unfinished Roman Catholic minor basilica in
Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, his
work on the building is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later return back
to your hotel in Barcelona.
NIGHT STAY IN BARCELONA
DAY-3:
BARCELONA: DAY TRIP TO MONTSERRAT AND COGWHEEL TRAIN RIDE
Today after breakfast, enjoy day trip to Montserrat
from Barcelona. When you get to the bottom of the holy mountain take a traditional
cogwheel train ride to Montserrat Abbey, one of Spain’s most important
religious sites.
Greet your English-speaking guide in Barcelona’s
city center and sit back while you’re driven on an air-conditioned coach across
some of the region’s most picturesque villages until you get to Monistrol de
Montserrat. Upon arrival, you’ll take its famous cogwheel train up the holy
mountain, where the Montserrat Abbey is perched. During the 15-minute ride up
the 600 meters slope, marvel at the stunning scenery.
Once you get to Montserrat, meaning "mountain
saw" in Catalan, discover the Basilica, which houses the beautiful
twelfth-century ‘Virgen Moreneta’, Catalonia’s patron saint. For centuries,
this temple was one of Spain’s most popular pilgrimage sites.
At the end of the tour, you can enjoy a tasting of
various typical liquors from Montserrat.

BARCELONA HOTEL TO BARCELONA AIRPORT
Today after breakfast, check-out from your hotel,
and transfer to airport for your flight back home.
